Baldy View Regional Occupational Program (ROP)
The Baldy View Regional Occupational Program (ROP) Modernization revitalizes a unique regional campus that serves four partner districts to prepare students for college and career success, that include Chaffey Joint Union High School District, Chino Valley Unified School District, Claremont Unified School District, and Upland Unified School District. Over two phases, the modernization focused on the adaptive reuse of existing classroom spaces to support new and emerging CTE pathways in Cyber Security and Mental Health Services, transforming traditional classrooms into flexible, technology-rich learning environments designed for collaboration and industry partnerships.
The project also addressed campus-wide safety and security upgrades and improved wayfinding. Outdoor learning areas were reimagined as extensions of the indoor CTE programs, providing hands-on, project-based spaces that encourage student interaction and community engagement. Together, these improvements have modernized the campus to reflect Baldy View ROP’s mission of providing students with skills necessary for career readiness, lifelong learning, and overall well-being.
