PJHM at Dwell on Design

ge-home-2025

This year’s Dwell on Design was all about smarter storage and modular units for a contemporary compact life style.  Of course, much attention was paid to sustainable home solutions, be it a grey water recycling system built into the kitchen, innovative urban gardening, or incorporating reclaimed materials into furniture pieces.  There was an overwhelming display of products, vendors and interior layouts, but we’d like to share some of our favorites.

Wheelhaus had a striking exhibit at Dwell on Design. Imagine luxury houses on wheels – they combine durability and quality with mobility.  Now THAT’S how you camp in style!

Also at Dwell on Design, Sprouting Sprocket Studio‘s Hutte Hut mobile home offered the coziness of a home with the added bonus of mobility. Plus, they were honored with Best of Dwell Outdoor – congrats to this husband/wife team, Brian and Katrina Manzo!

Of course, we can’t forget about GE’s Monogram kitchen of the future – their vision of a high tech micro kitchen with sustainability in mind.  As they say, it’s about living LARGE in small places.
