HUNTINGTON BEACH HIGH SCHOOL MODERNIZATION

The Huntington Beach High School Theater Rehabilitation involved updating and restoring the historical 83-year old site through comprehensive planning and phasing. The goal of this project was to modernize while respecting the building’s history, character and landmark prominence for both the high school and the Huntington Beach community. PJHM’s experience, knowledge and team building approach helped our client navigate the challenge and a complex transition without impacting the project schedule or broad scope. The Athletic Facilities included new construction of concession, restroom and ticket buildings, new synthetic turf, bleachers, stadium sports floodlighting system including towers, and installation of synthetic turf.
