The Beaumont High School 33-Meter Pool project included an auxiliary community instructional pool, additional locker facilities, restrooms, office spaces, score board and timing system and 1,200 sq.ft. mechanical building, adjacent to the previously completed team rooms and training spaces. This project was master planned as part of the new high school campus. This new comprehensive high school, planned for 2,600 students, replaced the original high school, which had been outgrown. The new high school is located on a 75 acre site and includes 200,000 square feet of CR, administration, gymnasium and auxiliary spaces. Project phasing was used to support the enrollment and funding plan used by the district. The pool construction phase included adding a 33M competition pool, solar-heating, auxiliary community instructional pool, additional locker facilities, restrooms, office spaces and score board.
