PJHM Principal and Architect Tom Kruse had the pleasure of attending a presentation from some students at the California Military Institute, located in Perris, California. It was a geometry project where students designed a sports complex for their campus. School architects PJHM completed the new Science and Music building for CMI, so when PUHSD requested Tom come in and critique he jumped at the chance!
Candace Reines, PUHSD Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, was also in attendance. “I still cannot find the words to describe how wonderful today’s geometry/architecture project presentations were. I know I speak for all in attendance when I say we were so happy to have been invited and thoroughly enjoyed our day. The collaborative, project based process the instructors at CMI took the students through to develop their architecture plans for the school was simply amazing. The students were excited and so very much engaged in the work.”
